Whew! Is it just me, or is it hot in here? I know this feeling already! As an Herbalist and a perimenopausal woman, I sought to find what nature has left for us to use in this stage of our lives. We don't want to fight what is happening naturally, yet,we want to cope with the changes in a graceful way. This combination of herbs offers just that. So... take off that sweater and make a cup of tea...drink the tea... and put the sweater back on!
This tincture was created when I knew I would not have the ability to make tea while away from home. I use the same herbs as the Flash Tea. Tincture form gives the convenience we need when on the go.
The changes we go through in life do stress the system. Knowing these areas of increased need I created this combination of herbs for a daily fortification of the system. So much is off balance and overwhelming. Just sitting with this cup of tea can be grounding both inside and out.
As with the Flash Tea, I also wanted to have a Tea'Pause "to go" for those times when making tea is not convenient. I use the same combination of herbs here as the Tea pause.
